Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund. Please request a cancellation by emailing us. Once the order has been processed and is getting ready for shipment, we cannot cancel your order.
We can change your shipping address by contacting our manufacturers if you contact us within 12 hours after you place an order. Afterwards, if the order has been processed for shipment, we cannot change any order information.
It depends on your location. On average to the US and Canada, it takes about 7-16 working days for a package to arrive from date of shipment. Other countries may see a similar or slightly longer average shipping times. It may be slightly quicker for customers in Asia.
Yes, you can track your delivery. Typically, a tracking number will be provided for each item. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number. If you have not received any email, please check your junk mail or contact us to receive it again.
At times, tracking information does not get updated by courier. It does not always mean that your shipment is behind schedule or stopped moving. It means that the tracking label might not have been scanned for a while. Please contact us if you are concerned and we will look into it for you.
Once we have received your items and confirmed that they were in their original condition, we will be able to issue you a full refund. It may take approximately 7-12 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
